We strive to ensure the best experience for our customers. Returns are only accepted if an exchange is not possible. Replacements or refunds will be provided in cases where the product is damaged during transit, and we are unable to fulfill the replacement request.
Exchange
Replacements will be issued or exchanged provided only if the product is damaged due to transit. The same issue should be mailed at geturbansignall@gmail.com with photos showcasing the damage within 2 days of receiving the product. Any queries raised post 48 hours of product delivery will not be considered.
Exchange/replacement for any reason other than damage in transit will not be considered.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request you to review your order carefully before placing it, as cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Personalised/Customised Orders
For personalised items we do not offer exchange or return under any circumstances.
